01/ The big picture
The brand platform brings separate pieces of work together. Key artifacts stay in view, disciplines provide structure and statuses show where the work stands.
02/ The thinking inside
Each artifact pairs the work with shared guidance: what to define, why it matters and what a useful result looks like.
03/ From evidence to action
Keep the brief, research and sources with the project. The team can revisit the original material and understand the thinking behind a decision.
[Sources]From audience and positioning to personality, words and visual language. Each decision has a place, a structure and guidance to help the team develop it.
[Platform]Spot gaps and review connections and consistency. When AI is connected, request an additional review. The team remains responsible for the final decision.
[Review]Select the relevant material and assemble a guide for putting the brand into practice. Later, prepare a case study with the challenge, decisions and project results.
[Guide / Case Prep]04/ Common ground
Strategists, designers and account managers work within a shared project structure. They can check the scope, find source material and revisit the decisions already made.
See what makes up the brand and what the team has prepared. A guide brings the relevant material to the people using it in communications, design and everyday work.
Brandos grew out of our practice at japai*: research, strategy and creative work should stay connected throughout a project.
05/ FAQ
Brandos is a brand management system we are building at japai*. It helps a team collect research, develop a brand platform, review decisions and prepare material for working with the brand.
A specific piece of brand work: positioning, a mission, an audience profile, a tagline or a colour palette. Artifacts are organised into disciplines so that each part has a clear purpose.
Yes. A shared template defines disciplines, artifacts, fields and guidance. It is managed centrally to keep projects clear and comparable. The scope of work is selected for each project.
People develop the strategy. The system helps structure the work and identify gaps. AI review requires a connected model and provides recommendations that need to be assessed in the context of the project.
Working projects are only accessible to members with the appropriate permissions. This page shows the fictional Mompoh brand to illustrate the interface and approach, not the results of a client engagement.
The Mompoh and Doskeh demo is open without registration, in read-only mode. If you already have an account, sign in to Brandos. To use the system in a project with japai* or discuss it for your team, get in touch. Access and the working arrangement are agreed individually.
